Aims and Scope

JAEBS is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that strives to publish novel and scholarly research with empirical and theoretical contributions of high quality. Manuscripts suitable for publication in JAEBS include but are not limited to, topics on business strategy and policy, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior and theory, public administration, accounting, economics, marketing, finance, management science, and organization development. The Editorial Board may also consider other relevant topics for publication.

The journal aims to cover managerial topics relevant to both public and private institutions and for-profit and nonprofit businesses. Additionally, the journal provides an open platform for research on economics and business-related subjects. The Editorial Board of the JAEBS comprises diverse and international members from reputable institutions.

JAEBS publishes two issues annually and welcomes contributions from academics and business community members. The journal encourages diverse perspectives and allows authors to share their viewpoints with a global audience.
